Morning: Wet your face, lather a nickel-sized amount of cleanser between your hands, and massage it in for 30 seconds. Rinse with cool water, pat dry, and follow with sunscreen or an SPF moisturizer.

Night:

1. Cleanse the same way and pat dry.
2. Pump the gel moisturizer 3 to 4 times into your palm and massage it into your face and neck.
